2025 Buckling Options
For more photos of parents, full pedigree info, milk records,
etc. click on the photo of dam and sire.
Please note: We breed our MiniNubians with the goal of improving
the breed and correcting any weaknesses in each doe. Bucks are
chosen for each doe based on which boy we believe is the best match
for her regardless of generations. I HIGHLY recommend reading
this article (link) for more information on generations.
Kid names are all suggestions and can be changed prior to
registration if desired.

Swan Song 3*P

Flame *B *S

 |
2nd |
$650 |
Repeat breeding! Swan is a long, sharp doe with STUNNING breed character.
Her udder is extremely capacious, soft and easy to milk. Flame brings even more milk and lovely udders with
increased width. This breeding brings a lot of
new blood to the MiniNubian breed. Bucklings will have their *B |
Green Gables SF Battle Cry *B
I think this is my favorite of Swan's boys. He is
incredibly powerful and super cute. His dam has an
INCREDIBLY productive udder that has soft texture, correctly
placed teats and is very easy to milk. His sire's side is
loaded with top ten milkers and elite animals. This would be
a great buck for improving strength of bone and increasing
milk production as well as udder shape, teat size and ease
of milking.

War Cry has beautiful conformation. His dam
has an INCREDIBLY productive udder that has soft texture,
correctly placed teats and is very easy to milk. His sire's

would be a great buck for improving strength of bone and

Claire

Denver

 |
3rd |
$650 |
Claire is a small doe with some of the best udders in the MiniNubian
world behind her and her 2nd freshening udder did NOT disappoint! It is
extremely correct and has amazing production for her small
size. She is extremely easy to milk with good teat placement
and size.
Denver brings strength and width along with fantastic
udders and milk production. |
Green Gables O7F Declaration of Love
Valentine is an adorable little guy. His dam is one
of the smallest does in our herd, but keeps up easily with
the big girls in production. Val should improve teat
placement, rear udder arch and bring size down for his
offspring.

Swiss Miss 2*P

Showman *B
Dam 2x top ten

 |
4th |
$650 |
Swiss Miss has very little I would change about her -
conformation is extremely correct even though I haven't
gotten a picture to show that yet. She has good feet and legs,
& parasite resistance. Swiss Miss freshened with a LOVELY FF
udder - snugly attached, correctly placed teats, great shape
and good production. Showman should improve breed character
while keeping the lovely conformation and udders with great
production. |
Green Gables SS Mr. Spunk *B
Born at just 2# this tiny little guy is a favorite around
here. He is SO cute! As he is maturing, we can see that his
conformation is measuring up to what we would expect from
his parents. His dam and sire are two of the most correct
animals we've ever had. Swiss' weakness is breed character,
but Showman is extremely strong in that regard. Swiss' udder
looks even better than last year. She earned her star as a
first freshener and her 2nd freshening udder is simply
stunning. Not much I would change about it at all.

Shooting Star

Denver

 |
3rd |
$650 |
Star is the daughter of Eclipse, our all time high
producer (peaking at 14#). Star's udder is pretty close
to perfection! Her conformation and breed character are lovely.
Denver brings good milk production
and correct udders with excellent conformation. He should
increase strength of bone and width throughout. |
Green Gables O7F Straight Shooter
Shooter is a lovely chocolate buckskin who has
gorgeous breed character with long, soft, wide ears. He he
has a long bone pattern like his dam with good strength. His
dam has a SUPER correct udder with a strong medial and
wonderful hand milking teats. If you need a buck to improve
medial suspensory & udder attachments, increase teat size,
help with breed character and overall conformation, this boy
would be a great choice. I am hopeful that Star will earn
her star this year in which case Shooter would have his milk
star.

Dreamy

Cal +*B

 |
3rd |
$600 |
Dreamy freshened as a yearling with a nice,
correct little udder. Her conformation is lovely and her
breed character is really nice. Cal improves pretty much any
doe he is bred to. Long bodies, phenomenal breed character,
gorgeous udders are his stamp! |
Green Gables CGF Grand Dreamer
I absolutely LOVE the ears on this little guy! He
also has nice conformation and the udders and milk
production behind him are excellent. His dam is a 2nd
freshening 2yr old and I'm very pleased with how her udder
is coming along. His sire always throws amazing kids with
amazing udders. We lost Cal this past winter, so this will
be the last Cal son we will offer. This is one of those 'whole package' bucklings!

Charm 2*P

Denver

$675 |
Charm was a late bloomer having her first kids as a 4yr
old ff, but WOW, her udder did not disappoint. Phenomenal
attachments, great production and very easy to milk. Charm
has lovely breed character, a long body, & level topline.
Denver has heavy milk behind him as well with correct
udders. His kids tend to be strong, wide and
conformationally very correct. Polled possible. |
Green Gables O7F Wedding Ring *B
***POLLED***
This boy is a unicorn goat! Polled, moonspotted, chocolate
with great conformation, level topline, and tons of milk
behind him. He even has brown eyes instead of blue! (I
dislike blue eyes on most goats - lol). Too bad he's related
to so much of my herd... but I am keeping his sister.

Tex *B

$650 |
Morning Glory's udder is lovely with good
production, super easy to milk and buttery soft. Tex brings even
more milk, socked on, snug udder attachments and great conformation.

Green Gables E Larkspur (polled)
This boy's conformation is amazing with a long
body, level topline and beautiful legs. His breed character
is nice, especially for a polled kid. He has good width. His
dam is very easy to milk with a soft udder with good
production. He has the sweetest face and a very loving
personality. Hopefully his dam will earn her star this year which
would give him his *B

Green Gables E Lone Star
Little Lone Star has absolutely beautiful breed character.
His length of body and overall conformation is stunning.
He's one of those bucks that just has 'presence'. His dam
has a lovely udder, even though it's so hard to get good
photos of it because she is all black! She is also a dream
to milk with excellent udder texture, great teat size and
orifice size. On his sire's side, he also has incredible
milk production and ease of milking. He should be able to
improve toplines, breed character, udder attachments &
shape, teat size and ease of milking. We hope to have his
dam earn her milk star this year which will make him be a *B

Our Mini Nubian kids are sold in order of deposit received. A $100
deposit is required to reserve a kid. The deposit holds your place
on my list of people who are looking for kids. I ask that you
specify some things that you are looking for in your goat and what
purpose he/she will serve. If we do not have a kid of the right sex
or if we don't have a MiniNubian kid available that meets your
stated criteria, your money will be refunded or you can transfer
your deposit to a kid from the next year (deposits are otherwise
non-refundable). If we have a kid of the right gender for you
that meets your criteria, you cannot choose to 'wait until next
year' to get higher on the deposit list. If we have a kid of
the right gender for you that meets the criteria laid out by you at
time of deposit, and you choose to wait until the next year (for
whatever reason) your deposit for the next year will be dated as the
day you chose to wait (rather than the day you sent the original
deposit). This will give buyers that are coming for the first
time to have a fair chance at getting kids rather than having people
wait and transfer deposits from year to year in hopes of getting
'1st pick'.
Please fill out the form below or click
here to email me if you are interested in reserving a Green Gables
MiniNubian kid. Deposits are taken via 'regular' mail. We
reserve the right to retain any kid born on our farm.
Kids can be picked up from 4-8 weeks old and must be picked up by
8 weeks old. If kid does not leave Green Gables by 8 weeks
old, there is a $2/day boarding fee. At 8 weeks old, kids are
still on the bottle/Lambar feeder. I recommend bottle feeding
kids until they are at least 12 weeks old. This allows the new
buyers to bond with the new kid and the kid with them in addition to
giving the kid more nutrition.
All Green Gables kids (except for wethers or goats sold
specifically for non-breeding) are sold with an application for
registration with MDGA (Miniature Dairy Goat Association). All
kids can also be registered with TMGR by sending a copy of their
MDGA papers to TMGR. MiniNubian Dairy Goats
We are currently experiencing difficulty with the form below, so

I look forward to helping you find the perfect goat for your
farm!
